Introduction

The Digital Data Submission (DDS) system is used to submit information to the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) via the Web. Authorized business associates are e-mailed a login ID and password to access to the DDS system.

This initial login is the company administrator login ID. The administrator creates additional DDS logins as required. To obtain a DDS login, see Digital Data Submission Account Setup.

Contact the AER DDS Administrator at (403) 297-5802 for DDS accounts and issues during normal business hours. You can also contact the DDS Administrator by e-mail.

User options are available for all users to:

• update contact information

• change password

• change secret question

Administrator options are shown only for the company DDS administrator to:

• add users

• edit user profile and roles

• assign user roles

• reset user passwords

• add delegate

• edit delegate information

• view and export security events information
