User roles

Use the User Roles tab to:

 

Business associates

If your company is a delegate to another company or companies, for example, you make submissions on their behalf, they are listed in the Business Associates field.   By selecting the Business Associate, you can view the roles that this company has assigned to you in the Roles drop-down list.

 

Add User Roles

From the Roles drop-down list, select a role to assign to the User ID and click Add. Select another role and click Add again to add additional roles. As roles are added, they are listed in the Assigned Roles at the bottom of the window.

 

Copy User Roles

In the Users drop-down list field, select Click to load users to list all users for your company. Highlight the user with the roles that you want to assign to the current User ID. Click Copy to list the roles in Assigned Roles at the bottom of the window.

 

Delete User Roles

Locate the user and in the Assigned Roles list, click Delete  beside the role. Click Save to apply the changes.

 

(Click a column header name to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the order.)
