For increased security, change your secret question periodically.
To change your secret question, on the Change Secret Question tab, enter the question and answer, and confirm the answer. Click Save to save the new secret question and answer.
If you forget your secret question, contact your company DDS Administrator to reset your password. When you log in again, you can enter a new secret question and answer.
Secret question/answer guidelines
Because the secret question and answer is a point of access to the Digital Data Submission system, it is important to select a strong pair. For your security and convenience, make sure the answer to your secret question is:
something only you will know
unrelated to your password
unlikely to change over time
difficult for others to guess, even if they see your secret question
A good secret question and answer pair is one where the question and answer do not match. For instance, if your secret question is "What type of car do I drive?", a matching answer might be "minivan" or another car type. A non-matching answer would be something unrelated to a car type, such as "angel". This type of secret question and answer pair, although more difficult to remember, is more secure because it cannot be guessed easily.
