Add user

Select Add User in the Administrator Options to add a new DDS User ID for your company.

 

View and edit the following user profile information.

BA

View the AER Business Associate (BA) code and associated company name.

User ID

View/edit your user name.

Name

Enter your first and last user names.

Required

E-mail Address

Enter the contact E-mail address.

Required

Phone Number

Enter the 10-digit area code and phone number.

Required

Fax Number

Enter the 10-digit area code and fax number.

E-mail Notification

Select this checkbox to receive confirmation of submissions to the AER by e-mail (this is the recommended default).

 

Click Save to apply the changes. If  the user information meets validation requirements, the ID is immediately effective and an acknowledgement is shown. The User ID and password are also sent to the user's e-mail address.

 

A separate login ID is not required for each user. Make this decision based on how you want to administer your user accounts.

Users cannot currently be deleted - only inactivated. This allows audit trails and logs to report on historical events and users.
