Please contact your company DDS Administrator to set up a username and password that has access to the oilfield waste disposition. Please have your company DDS Administrator contact the ERCB DDS Administrators at EUB.DDSAdministor@gov.ab.ca if they encounter any difficulties with setting up the account and granting access to the Oilfield Waste Disposition Submission System.
If your company does not have a DDS Administrator, details for obtaining a Digital Data Submission (DDS) account is provided within the on-line help on the DDS Home Page. You can also contact the ERCB DDS Administrators directly at EUB.DDSAdministor@gov.ab.ca.

Some of the DDS forms are too wide to be printed on an 8½×11–inch paper. Try changing the page orientation to landscape before printing the screen. Most Browsers allow you to change the orientation using the Page Setup option found on the File menu.
