DDS administration

Administrator functions are shown only to the company DDS administrator(s). Options are available under DDS Administration in the left menu list.

A login identification (ID) code and password is first assigned to your company by the AER DDS Administrator to allow access to the DDS system. This login ID is the company administrator login ID. Please change the password and enter the contact information.

The assigned company DDS administrator:

• adds, activates, or inactivate login IDs

• modifies user login information if required

• assigns roles to login IDs to manage what users have access to and what is shown in the DDS menus

• creates role templates to give to new users

• assigns and expires roles for companies/consultants who submit data on the company’s behalf

• views DDS security events.
