Application Number
Enter the complete application number.
Alternate Reference Number
Enter the complete alternate reference number.
Regulatory Approval or Decision Report Number
Enter the Regulatory Approval or Decision Report number. The format for Decision report Numbers is yyyy-nnn, for example 2008-001.
Registration Date Range
Click 
to enter From and To registration dates for which to search.
Disposition Date Range
Click to enter From and To disposition dates for which to search.
Group
From the drop-down list, select the group processing the application.
Application Category
From the drop-down list, select the application category.
Company Code
Type the complete Business Associate code assigned to the company by Corporate Compliance. This field is automatically populated when you select a valid Company Name.

to locate the correct name.
Person/Previous Co. Name
Enter the name of the original applicant if it has changed since the application was first submitted.
Electric Facility Number
Enter the number assigned to the facility.
Application Type
Select the application type from the drop-down list.
Company Name
Enter the company name of an applicant. This is the name used by the ERCB.
Application Status
Select the application status from the drop-down list. Unless otherwise selected, Active, Closed, and Issued applications are retrieved by your search.
Northwest Location
Enter the LSD (values are 1 - 16), Section (values are 1 - 36), Township (values are 001-126), Range (values are 1- 30), and Meridian (values are 4-6).
You can enter a Northwest Location only, or define an area by entering both Northwest and Southeast Locations.
Southeast Location
Enter the LSD (values are 1 - 16), Section (values are 1 - 36), Township (values are 001-126), Range (values are 1- 30), and Meridian (values are 4-6).
You can only use a Southeast Location if a Northwest Location has already been entered.

Select the application field from the drop-down list.
Pool
Enter the application pool from the drop-down list.
Area
Enter the application area from the drop-down list.
Deposit
Enter the application deposit from the drop-down list.
Click to apply the criteria and list the results that match in the Application Query results window.
Click to clear the criteria shown and enter new ones.
