Note: If you do not have all mineral rights for the entire drilling spacing unit and you are awaiting other AER approvals (e.g., reduced spacing application), your application may be premature. In these instances, you should not submit your well licence application unless you can meet current spacing requirements.

If you answer No to both of the Mineral Rights questions, you only need to submit the mineral Rights/DSU Exemption once.
