An application for these schemes must be submitted in paper form (outside of EAS) and must comply with the Oil Sands Conservation Act (Section 10 for new schemes, or Section 13 for an amendment to an existing scheme). |

If an injection fluid contains H2S and an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is required, the AER must ensure that an up-to-date ERP is in place prior to its decision on the application. Is an AER-approved ERP incorporating the proposed scheme in place? If not, a discussion addressing the status of the ERP must be included in the Application attachment, in accordance with Directive 065. |
Select Yes if an AER-approved ERP incorporating the proposed scheme is in place. Yes may also mean that an ERP is not required for the proposed scheme. If the injection fluid contains H2S and an ERP is not required, you must attach an explanation for why an ERP is not required as part of the application attachment.
